All information submitted in hotel's form must be correct. |

Tariff submitted in website will be acceptable to the hotel on booking request. |

Pending booking request should be confirmed within 2 hrs of the request, however our executive will confirm the status of rooms from the hotel within 4 hrs of the booking request. |

2 days advance payment will be taken from the customer and the hotel should collect the balance payment at the time check-in or check-out. |

Once booking is confirmed and the payment is received; the hotel will be responsible for the arrangement of the room(s) on check-in-date for which booking(s) is / are requested. |

If payment confirmation is not received from www.india4tourist.com. Hotel is advice to confirm the customers payment status in payment status section under registered member option. We are not responsible for any customer, whose payment status is Not Received. |

Hotel will be responsible to the customer for not delivering committed services. |
|
Once a booking payment status shows Received, then the payment received should be sent to you on next working day. |
|
Hotel will not decline the booking, whose payment status is Received for any reason. |
|
Cancellation of booking will be applicable as per hotels policy. A copy of Hotels cancellation policy should be sent to our registered office. |
|
For other term and condition, we will send an agreement to the hotel which shall be sent to our registered office or mailed to info@india4tourist.com. |
