WILDLIFE
Snow Leopard, Thar, Slothbear, Civet, Black Bear, Red Panda, Blue Sheep, Serow, Goral, Takin, Musk Deer, Pheasants - Monal & Tragopan, Green Pigeon and Tibetan - Snow Cock & Wild Ass.

The park is situated among mountain forests in the lower levels with rock and snow at the higher reaches. It is surrounded on the west by mountains with high peaks such as the Khangchendzonga. The Zemu glacier is on the north of the park.
