The state is situated on the south-eastern coast. Nizams of Hyderabad had contributed the state by art, architecture, tradition, culture, monuments and tradition. The monuments of Hyderabad speak of the architectural genious of Qutub Shahi rulers. It was also an important buddhist centre in ancient period.
